Passenger
means any person with a
Booking who is to be carried or who is carried on an aircraft, except
members of the crew.
1. FULL
REFUND OR TRANSFER If passenger contact is made with Airlines
of Tasmania 24 hours prior to departure, flight can be cancelled with
a full refund, or flight can be transferred to another date.
2. TRANSFER ONLY
If passenger contact is made with Airlines of Tasmania
between 24 hours and 12 hours prior to departure, flight can be
transferred to another date, no refund given.
3. NO
REFUND OR TRANSFER If passenger cancels within 12 hours from
departure or if passengers fail to check in, no refund given and
flight is not transferable.
4. SPECIAL
CIRCUMSTANCES Consideration is given if a medical condition
or bereavement occurs.
